Christy Wilson, a member of the Goddard Claussen team since 1998 with a broad base of experience in advocacy communications, oversees statewide ballot and legislative issue advocacy campaigns for the firm. She has worked on issues in California, Florida, Texas, Washington State, Minnesota and New York.   

Christy excels at aligning the interests of her clients with public opinion in order to achieve their policy goals. Christy has managed and implemented dozens of ballot initiative and issue advocacy campaigns on issues as diverse as frivolous lawsuits, mortgages and financial bailouts, energy, gaming, insurance reform, healthcare, campaign finance, and education.

Her clients have included Blue Cross of California, the Personal Insurance Federation, California Chamber of Commerce, California Building Industry Association, State Farm Mutual Insurance Company, Duke Energy, California Forward, and Campaign for College Opportunity, among others.
